Thanks to a distinct centre tread and bionically designed laminated shoulder it guarantees excellent rolling properties on all sorts of surfaces. The new, further developed tread is super-fast, at the same time has a good grip and is hard wearing. Due to its foldable version it has become even lighter and more assembly friendly. What remains is the fine, cut-prove nylon carcass, the almost impenetrable Vectran® Breaker and the good German handicraft.
With reflective sidewalls for added confidence at night.

ECO 50: Tires with Continental ECO 50 logo are recommended for E-Bikes at speeds of up to 50km/h. They guarantee low rolling resistance and good puncture protection with their extra high quality construction.

Vectran™ Breaker
Vectran™ is spun from Vectra liquid crystal polymer, which results in a thread that is thermoplastic and has multifilaments. This semicrystalline material is harder then aramid, has five times higher tensile strength than steel and in addition, is also lighter than comparable nylon thread. Vectran™ maintains these attributes even in the most adverse weather conditions.
