These characteristics are combined in the Newmen Fade hubs. Together with the improved design, which allows wheelsets with the same spoke lengths, results in maximum carefree. The hubs are manufactured in Germany.

Features of the Newmen Fade hubs

As with previous hubs, these FADE hubs have more material at the neuralgic points and therefore more safety than hubs from other manufacturers. Newman are so convinced of the Fade hubs that all Fade hubs without exception have also been released for E-MTB use.

TA-Caps (Tolerance Adjustment Caps)

Every component has tolerances. These component tolerances can be completely compensated with our TA-Caps. That is, all components always fit perfectly together. This is definitely not possible for hubs without TA-Caps!

With the TA-Caps can also be compensated for the occurring axle compression due to the enormously high clamping forces of modern thru axles / quick release. This ensures a light and long bearing run.

Ball bearings

Newmen uses only high quality ball bearings.

• By 10µ reduced bearing clearance. Thus, the balls run even with increased axial load - as it also occurs with a too tightly adjusted bearing clearance - still in their specified raceway
• Tighter seals on the outside of the bearing to ensure better protection against the ingress of dirt and water.
• Additional solid lubricants in the grease
