Maxxis Rekon Race Wire Bead Tire - MPC - 29x2.25"

The Rekon Race is the latest development from Maxxis and joins a long list of XC tires that have already won a World Cup race. The Rekon Race succeeded already as a prototype, almost a year before the series start with Nino Schurter in Mont Saint-Anne. This fast tire has a similar profile to the Allround XC tire Rekon, but with smaller and lower lugs. Use it on the rear wheel together with a higher profile tire like the Rekon or Ikon on the front wheel. Or front and rear for ShortTrack racing and light, fast tracks.
