Details Squeezy Energy Gel
After 90 minutes at the latest, the body can no longer sufficiently meet the energy requirements of the muscles during endurance exercise. Modern recipes such as those from Squeezy Energy Gel meet these requirements and supply the body with complex carbohydrates and minerals. The variants with caffeine give athletes an extra boost if desired, which motivates and strengthens them mentally. Ideal for long-distance running (half marathon, marathon, ultra), triathlon, duathlon, cycling, winter sports such as skating and cross-country skiing, and many more. Each product contains several sources of carbohydrates that are timed to provide the body with short- and medium-term energy. Salt and potassium replace the loss caused by sweating.
Recommended use:
The individual energy requirements of each athlete vary and depend on many factors:
- physical conditions (age, weight, height, gender)
- nature of the route (elevation profile and surface)
- Type of sport
- individual performance and intensity
Squeezy recommends consuming 2–3 energy gels per hour of exercise, followed by 150–250 ml of water. This corresponds to approximately 42–63 grams of carbohydrates.
The product should be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place.
