Northwave Extreme XC 2 MTB Shoes Men - black 10

The Extreme XC 2 stands for lightness and reactivity, whether in the rock garden or steeply uphill. The Hyperlight-XC sole, developed in collaboration with Michelin, enables speed and grip. The ARS technology (Anatomic Reticular Support), an exoskeleton that surrounds the foot and adapts to it, distributes the load evenly and in a controlled manner when pedaling.

With the advanced two-zone closure system with double X-Dial SLW3- twist lock, the pressure between the top of the instep and the toe can be adjusted to the millimeter for an even better fit. The TPU protective layer is now even thinner and 10% more resistant. The Extreme XC 2 continues the legend of mountain bike shoes from Northwave.

Hyperlight-XC-Sole | Made of 100% unidirectional carbon with a stiffness index of 14.0 for maximum power transmission.

Features of the Northwave Extreme XC 2 shoes

The Michelin rubber inserts with Dual-Layer-Compound technology are 28% more abrasion resistant than TPU and offer excellent grip with minimal weight.
The double SLW3 twist closure allows you to customize the pressure between the top of the instep and the toe for an even better fit.
Highly abrasion-resistant, ultra-thin reinforcements ensure all-round protection throughout the upper.
Upper shoe with ARS (Anatomic Reticular Support) technology, an exoskeleton that surrounds the foot and distributes the load evenly when pedaling.
Even on hot days, the mesh insert allows excess heat to escape. Double insole in different thicknesses
(3 mm and 5 mm thick) for a customizable, perfect fit.
The perforated upper material ensures optimum ventilation.
