Rab Borealis Softshell Jacket Women - beluga

The Borealis women's softshell jacket is made of lightweight and stretchy Matrix™ fabric that allows absolute freedom of movement. Designed for multi-pitch routes and thanks to features such as the YKK front zipper with chin guard and the half drawcord hem, it is adaptable and offers protection from the wind in changeable conditions. The two Napoleon pockets with mesh lining keep essentials close at hand, even when wearing a climbing harness.

The windproof and very breathable Borealis is our lightest softshell jacket. Whether you're planning a trip to the Nose or Nutcracker, or a day of climbing in the Valley, this packable jacket comes in handy.

Matrix™ fabric
Matrix™ is a family of fabrics developed by Rab. The fabric provides protection from wind and moisture and is not only durable and comfortable, but also breathable. It dries quickly and also has a high UPF protection - perfect for all weather conditions. We've created a range of different weights and constructions to suit different uses and temperatures: from lightweight and single weave, to robust and double weave, to composites for added durability and warmth in harsh, cold conditions.
