The RockShox Vivid R2C is the ultimate downhill and freeride coil shock. The World Cup proven performance, reliability and great tunability leave virtually nothing to be desired.

The Vivid's super-plush Coil spring offers unmatched responsiveness and long term reliability.

The hydraulic damping with IFP (independent floating piston) in the piggyback canister offers even better performance and more control over the bike. The low-speed compression can be adjusted easily with a dial.
Suspension shouldn't wallow in rock gardens or buck after big drops. That's why the Dual Flow Adjust rebound incorporates two independent damping circuits allowing for separate rebound speeds for big hits and small ones. Both rebound circuits are adjustable.

The Hot Rod thermal compensating needle guarantees consistent rebound damping performance without fading. A RockShox tuned thermoplastic resin core in the adjuster rod expands when the shock heats up, effectively compensating for the damping oil getting thinner because of the heat.

The DropStop bottom out protection allows for a rear shock tuning that makes efficient use of the whole travel range.

Attention: The Vivid R2C rear shock is available in three different damping configurations (low, mid and high compression)! Depending on the leverage ratio of the frame to the shock travel a perfect setup can be achieved. Tune and Platform refer to the compression damping.
The needed coil spring is not included in delivery, but available separately.
