Mcfk wheels are manufactured exclusively in Leipzig / Germany. They are painstakingly and meticulously built by hand by professional wheel builders. Before they leave the warehouse, every single wheel is checked again. Attention is paid to perfect concentricity and uniform spoke tension.

The asymmetrical profile of the rims ensures almost equal spoke tension on the right and left sides. Great attention is also paid to homogeneous spoke tension on each side. The more homogeneous this is, the more durable the construction. No spoke is loaded more or less than its neighboring spoke, for example - the risk of spoke breakage is close to zero. The concentricity of a wheel is just as important. This ensures good directional stability and a stable ride.

Repeated pressing during assembly also ensures that the nipples are accurately seated in their pre-formed nipple seat and that the spoke bend is seated in the spoke hole of the hub flange.
