Maxxis engineers have blended Exxpro with their proprietary MaxxPro elastomer, which allows soft tires to have a long tread life without compromising the increase in traction that soft compounds provide.

Maxxis clincher tires are high-quality made. The carcass (60TPI) and the rubber compound is identical to the foldable tires.
