When Castelli set out to design these bibshorts, the idea was to create a pair of shorts that we would put on straight from the clothesline, no matter what ride was on the agenda that day. And that's exactly what they did. First, they developed a soft, stretchy material that feels fantastic against your skin as soon as you put the shorts on. This material adapts and moves with the body without being tight or constricting.
They've paid special attention to the fit to make sure everything stays exactly where you want it, and they've added a silicone elasticated leg bottom to keep your cycling tan stripes from fading. The mesh straps are stretchy and provide extra ventilation. Of course, the Progetto X2 Air seat pad was also included for all-day comfort.
Last but not least, Castelli has added a few details, such as a pocket on the back for storage space and reflective labels for added safety. All this makes the Espresso Castelli's - and your - new favorite bib shorts.
