The Dimension R2 is Prologo's new ergonomic high-performance saddle, part of the top-of-the-range Dimension family that has been one of the most popular on the market in recent years.
It is never easy to redesign a top model like the Dimension, but Prologo's stay for maximum performance combined with the continuous improvement of the design and materials used has made it possible to further innovate an already cutting-edge saddle and produce the lightest Dimension ever, weighing only 139 grams, a reduction of 13% compared to the previous Dimension 143 model.

A multidisciplinary saddle with compact dimensions of 245x143mm, perfect for road and XC/marathons, designed for the most demanding professionals and amateurs who are always looking for maximum performance and first-class components.
The Dimension R2 has a completely redesigned tip with a width of 40 mm, 30% wider than the previous model, and a rounded side profile.
Both the tip and the middle part of the saddle now have a flatter surface to allow for an even more forward and aerodynamics riding position, allowing the full length of the saddle to be used. The new design has been developed to further increase the comfort of the saddle, particularly when pedaling hard.
A new material was also introduced in the development of this saddle: the new EVA foam, which made it possible to reduce the thickness of the padding in the rear area by 1 mm, 20% less than the previous model. This reduction in padding has made it possible to reduce the overall weight while maintaining the support and comfort of the saddle.

Base and rail

The rail is made of Tirox (light alloy) with excellent vibration damping. The base is made of injection-molded carbon for Tirox rails. These materials offer an excellent compromise between stiffness and comfort.
