The Tapered InSet i2 headset is the perfect solution for the new breed of frames with tapered steerers. As a low-stack style semi-integrated headset, the press-in cups and bearings are housed within the headtube allowing for an overall lower ride height. Aluminum cups in many different colors house the legendary bearings; all made in-house in Chris Kings's Portland, Oregon facility. Additionally the Tapered InSet i2 features an all-new bearing cap design. GripLock is a multi-piece bearing cap that utilizes a split ring that improves steerer tube interface.
