Following the award in 2016, where our online shop could already convince with assortment, prices, service, delivery and user friendliness, BIKE24 was recently again voted the best online bike shop in Germany. We would like to express our gratitude for this feedback and for the outstanding evaluation!

Test winner in the DtGV study on online bike shops
¹BIKE24 had already been the test winner in April 2019. The German Society for Customer Studies (DtGV) had tested 10 of the most popular German online bike shops with comparable product ranges. The categories price, offering, service, delivery and ease of use had been taken into consideration. BIKE24 achieved an overall rating of 1,3 and was again the test winner after the last test in 2016.
Overall BIKE24 fulfilled all of the criteria the best.
