The PUKY LS-PRO is the sporty, lightweight series for kids who are ready for more from their bike. Everything about it is built to save weight: the frame, fork, rims, cranks, handlebar, and seatpost are all aluminum. Your child feels the difference from the first push-off – through every turn and even when pushing the bike uphill. The series starts at 14 inches and runs through 16 and 18 inches up to the seven-speed LS-PRO 20 and the eight-speed LS-PRO 24 and 26. All-terrain tires handle asphalt, gravel paths, and light trails alike, giving your child plenty of freedom to explore different surfaces. That first push on the pedals grows into a love of cycling that lasts.
What sets the PUKY LS-PRO series apart
A kids' bike works best when it feels light, fits properly, and stays easy to control. The LS-PRO is built around all three.
- Lightweight aluminum build: Frame, fork, and components in aluminum make every maneuver easier.
- Kid-friendly ergonomics: A low standover height and narrow bottom bracket make it easier for your child to put their feet down securely.
- A cockpit that grows with your child: The handlebar rotates to adjust reach, with the saddle and grips adjusting to match.
The PUKY LS-PRO models at a glance
Two things matter most when choosing the right LS-PRO: your child's height and how far they ride. For new riders, a low standover height matters most. As distances grow, gearing becomes more important. Our kids' bike range covers LS-PRO models from 14 to 26 inches. Depending on the model, you'll find a single gear, a 2-speed automatic, seven gears, or eight gears.
- PUKY LS-PRO 14: The step up from a balance bike. The low frame makes getting on and off easier, and there's no gear shifting to worry about. Available in Mint Green, Ash Blue, and Pearl Pink.
- PUKY LS-PRO 16: The next step up, with slightly larger wheels. Alongside the version without gears, there's the LS-PRO 16-2 FLOWMATIC with 2-speed automatic shifting.
- PUKY LS-PRO 18: For kids who ride with more confidence and cover longer distances. Here too, the LS-PRO 18-2 FLOWMATIC offers a 2-speed automatic option. PUKY recommends 18 inches from 105 cm in height.
- PUKY LS-PRO 20-7: The LS-PRO 20-7 introduces seven-speed derailleur shifting, making it easier to choose the right gear for hills and different speeds.
- PUKY LS-PRO 24-8 and 26-8: Eight gears give more flexibility on longer rides and changing terrain. PUKY recommends 24 inches from 130 cm and 26 inches from 140 cm in height. Both sizes come in several colors.
How the PUKY LS-PRO series is designed
Three features are key to the series' lightweight, kid-friendly design: the aluminum construction, kid-friendly geometry, and FLOWMATIC 2-speed automatic shifting. Together, they keep weight low, provide the right ergonomics for kids, and make the bikes easy to use.
Aluminum construction on the PUKY LS-PRO
Aluminum on the LS-PRO isn't limited to the frame. The fork, rims, cranks, seatpost, and wide handlebar are made from the same lightweight metal, along with an Ahead stem. Using aluminum throughout keeps the weight down and makes the bike easier for kids to ride and control.
Kid-friendly geometry on the LS-PRO series
The LS-PRO uses a low standover height and narrow bottom bracket to make the bike easier for kids to control. A low Q-factor — the narrow distance between the pedals — supports a natural pedaling position for kids.
FLOWMATIC 2-speed automatic shifting
On the LS-PRO 16-2 and 18-2 FLOWMATIC, the gear system shifts on its own. At around 8 km/h, it automatically shifts into second gear, with no shift lever for your child to operate. That gives your child two gear ratios without adding the complexity of a conventional shifter.
