Creatine monohydrate for intense muscle exertion, especially for athletes
Sponser® creatine monohydrate is made from 100% high-quality Creapure®. Creatine Monohydrate consists of the single, pure ingredient creatine monohydrate and no by-products or impurities. Creatine increases physical performance during short-term, intense physical exertion and thus also supports the building and maintenance of muscle mass. Creatine also increases energy reserves in muscle cells. For effective storage and optimal effect, it must be taken for several weeks. Creatine is typically supplemented in a targeted manner during training and competition phases.
Advantages of SPONSER Creatine Monohydrate

- Improves physical performance during repeated, intense short-term exertion
- Ideal for anaerobic explosive power activities (sprints, strength, and interval training)
- Increases energy reserves in muscle cells
- Enables intense, hard training sessions
- Neutral taste
- Vegan
Area of application SPONSER Creatine Monohydrate
For effective storage and optimal effect, several weeks of use are necessary. Creatine is typically supplemented in a targeted manner according to training and competition phases.
- Strength and speed sports: Creatine improves performance during high-intensity, repetitive exertion, which is particularly beneficial for strength athletes, sprinters, throwers, and the like. In addition to directly improving performance, creatine also enables more intensive training, which indirectly benefits strength and muscle building. After longer breaks from training (e.g., due to injury), creatine can support faster muscle recovery.
- Endurance sports: In smaller doses, creatine is used in phases to support recovery, for example in professional cycling, because it helps to replenish energy stores. However, weight gain must be taken into account here, as the body's cells absorb and store additional fluid. During the build-up phase or after injuries, creatine supports muscle growth during strength training.
Application:
For effective storage and optimal effect, creatine must be taken for several weeks. SPONSER recommends supplementing creatine in specific phases, but also taking breaks of several weeks in between. Creatine occurs naturally in the human body and is stored in the muscle fibers as creatine phosphate. The main dietary sources are meat and fish. The effect of creatine varies from person to person. While some respond strongly to supplementation, around a third of all athletes show little or no reaction to creatine (known as " „non responder“"). For these athletes, SPONSER recommends the use of SPONSER Creatine Pyrumax, which is supplemented with creatine pyruvate, which is more soluble and therefore more easily absorbed.
In high-intensity interval sports:
- Loading phase: Take a maximum of 20 g of creatine monohydrate in 3-4 doses throughout the day for 5-7 days, in combination with a carbohydrate-containing beverage.
- Maintenance phase: 3-5 g daily. 2 x 1 measuring spoon = 3.3 g.
Not suitable for kids and adolescents who are still growing, not intended for long-term nutrition. Weight gain may occur. Use only for training or competition purposes. The product should be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place.
