Description of Ritchey WCS Evomax Road 31.8 Handlebar - 2016 - Blatte Black

World Championship Series!
Bell lap is bell lap no matter where you are. Twelve degree flared drop means forearm clearance when in the drops and greater leverage than a non-flared bar. An ideal shape for on or off road builds from a mixed terrain road bike to cross to mountain!
Furthermore the WCS Evo Max handle bar is characterized by a short reach, shallow drop with 4.7 degrees sweep at the ovalized top section and smooth, double-radius drops.

WCS EVO MAX is made from triple butted 7050 aluminium. With 31.8 mm bar clamp. Textured stem and brake lever clamp areas reduce risk of slippage. The extended center section is compatible with clip-on bars. Deep grooves to hide cables.

Customer Reviews
Good
This is a great handlebar if you build a gravel or cx bike.
I ride my bike on tarmac, gravel and trail.
I like EVOMAX because unlike carbon, it is holding up if you fall/ drop.
It is also great to have angled out/ flared out, drop bar handles.
This gives you a bit of leverage when the terrain is messy.

Only thing that hinders me from a 5 star rating is my preference for drop bar handles. As seen, this is classical/ rounded style. I prefer an angled drop bar handle. Otherwise, this is a great handlebar.
