Watts & Minerals is an effervescent tablet that dissolves in water or can be added to your sports drink as an "upgrade" on hot training days. The effervescent tablets contain the electrolytes magnesium, sodium, potassium, chloride and calcium. This supports energy balance (when added to a sports drink), energy metabolism and contributes to a balanced electrolyte balance (magnesium). Additionally supports muscle function.
If you use Watts & Minerals only in water, the drink contains no calories. In addition to the above minerals, Watts'Up® is added, that certain something that can make all the difference.
Dissolve 1 tablet of Born Watts & Minerals in 500 ml of water. Up to a maximum of 4 tablets per day. Recommended amount per day: 2 tablets.
The product should be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet, and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the specified recommended daily dose. Store in a dry place and out of reach of small children.
