Customer Reviews
Weak Torx bolt (but Bike24 service is awesome)
After 2 years of regular use under a very light rider (my 59kg wife), the headset Torx bolt snapped in half while trying to unscrew it. While the rest of the headset worked and looked great, I'd rather not risk it again and switched to a heavier, more robust headset with a thick M6 steel bolt. The customer service of Bike24 was amazing and refunded me the headset's cost.
