Paired with a XeNTiS Mark 3 or XeNTiS Squad 5.8 Race for disc brakes as front wheel, this disc wheel is an absolute highlight for the ambitious triathlete and time trial racer. The monocoque carbon wheel, aerodynamically perfected with minimal drag, is manufactured in the OSH process and differs from the conventionally built disc wheels by the production of spokes and rim in one shot.
This design enables the compensation of high loads and guarantees unbeatable low maintenance-afford even after a long mileage. Thanks to the tubeless-ready system, this wheel can also be driven without tube. The range of application is rounded off by the hub housing integrated in the carbon body with Centerlock® disc brake interface, which ensures direct power transmission during acceleration and braking.
XeNTiS claims to set new standards. Many years of expertise in dealing with carbon flows into the largely hand crafted production lines. Essential are also the experiences of successful athletes as they are the drive behind the permanent development of XeNTiS wheels and components.
RFID:
The wheels are 100% hand made in Austria All wheels are
fitted with a unique RFID chip that allow exact information to
be traced and extracted such as origin and manufacturing
specifications.
UV-protection:
XeNTiS Squad SL and monocoque wheels are coated and therefore UV protected.
Integrated magnet:
XeNTiS wheels are harmonically balanced and feature an
integrated tachometer magnet.
TUBELESS READY:
Due to the TUBELESS READY system all XeNTiS clincher wheels are
ridable without an inner tube. Because of the special rim base the tyre fits exactly to the rim flange. This application guarantees a significant increase in puncture protection and riding comfort.
XeNTiS XH004 hub:
The XeNTiS development is not limited to the production of high quality carbon rims, but also extends to the development and manufacture of in-house hubs. Long-term tests, bench testing and ultimately racing commitments contribute to the excellent results.
