With feedback from the very successful EWS riders DT Swiss has developed the rims for the EXC 1200 SPLINE® 35 to meet all the challenges of mountain biking. Yet they are light enough to use as an all-round wheelset and have the right width to meet today's requirements and equip with the current large volume enduro tires. This rim is complemented by an all-new, high-quality Ratchet System® hub. They retain the lightweight design, as well as the butted Straight Pull spokes. The result is a dream wheel for enduro riders: carefree on the downhill descents and light weight for power-saving uphills.

Optimized rims
SPLINE® wheels feature a new rim profile - wider and lighter. Thanks to a thoughtful profile dimensioning succeeds in meeting the current trend for wider, lighter and more durable rims. This is supported by a special surface-strengthening treatment and a gentle anodizing process. An adapted inner profile reduces the loads on the rim flange.

Tubeless ready
All SPLINE® ONE wheels have been developed for use with tubeless rim tapes. The optimization of the rim bed allows easier tire mounting and improved fitment of the tire. The fastest and easiest way to switch to tubeless.

Straight pull spokes
To achieve an ideal balance between weight and stability, only the highest quality straight pull spokes are used in SPLINE® wheels. They are stronger than conventional spokes, yet can be centered and replaced with standard tools.

Two-piece hub shell
The SPLINE ONE hub shell is manufactured from two parts in a special forging/forming process. In this process, the fiber flow is not interrupted and the material structure of the aluminum is thus retained. Through load-compliant dimensioning, material is only used where it is needed in practice.
