In 2015 Shimano introduced its Deore XT M8000 series for mountain bikers. Now Shimano has expanded the Deore XT definition to cover mountain biking and trekking with its T8000 range. Although the two component groups look very different, much like the riders, they share advanced riding technology that it set to increase performance and enjoyment in a variety of mixed-terrain on-road and off-road trekking and touring conditions.

Shimano Deore XT Trekking BL-T8000 brake lever
Braking is taken care of with consistent, predictable and powerful disc brake stopping power. The sleek 3-finger levers of the BL-T8000 use an I-Spec II clamp design for a neat handlebar set up. Brake adjustments are tool-free with a small dial on the lever.
Compatible to I-Spec II shifting levers only! Not compatible to I-Spec A or I-Spec B.
