Real E-motion is the union of two excellent Elite features:
the innovative E-Motion roller meets the Real digital technology
to create an absolute novelty in indoor training.
The free-float frame with integrated braking system effortlessly maintains balance while pedaling, also during slopes or while standing: a whole new way of training for those who love free rides on rollers.
The new integrated magnetic resistance unit is integrated in the two rear cylinders and is managed via wireless ANT data transmission between the included PC USB dongle and the resistance unit.
Furthermore the exclusive system with swing frame compensates the movements and variations which the cyclist generates. The training on the roles thereby becomes natural and intuitive. On the Real E-motion you can train with the highest achievement and enjoy at the same time the greatest possible mobility.
Additionally the Real E-Motion is equipped with an integrated, computer controlled magnetic resistance unit. The parabolic shaped rollers provide an increased safety because they help to keep the bike perfectly in axis. So you can ride freely and safely with perfect balance. The rollers are made of very durable material and provide the possibility of a fast speeds at a low acoustic level.
The delivery includes the Real Software
The manufacturer offers a free update via a Internet connection.
Additionally this cycletrainer is compatible with the optionally available My E-Training app. The application is available for iOS and Android Smartphones and tablets. It
manages an interactive, challenging and exciting indoor training experience. Compatible with ANT and Bluetooth Smart sensors. Depending on your device the My E-Training app can be downloaded at Apple Itunes
or a Google Play Store
The included Real Software offers the following functions and features:
The WebRace function connects different users to the Internet, and allows to race on the same course and have all information relevant to the individual participants, such as position, distance, speed, heart-rate, etc. Users can take part in races created by other users or create new ones according to their own needs. The final classification which shows the times of all the riders appears at the end of the race.
It’s possible to create truly complete training programs. Every cyclist can create training programs according to 6 different
types: power, altimetry and slope vs. distance and time.
GPS Data Import
With Real software it is possible to import the data acquired with GPS devices or downloaded from the Internet. The program can import the GPS data, recreating the correct altimetric profile of the race. It also allows the user to compare and compete against his own time recorded on the road. The program is compatible with the most widely used formats: .crs and .tcx of Garmin, kml of Google Maps, and others.
The Real software also has the Google Maps function. Thanks to
this, it is now possible to create courses anywhere in the world
and/or view your own position on a map during training.
The maps have various display modes:
- Normal map
- Satellite view
- Relief mode
- Perspective view (particularly interesting with mountain courses)
The Google Maps function, which can be activated during the
video race, shows the course of the video and the rider’s position. It is also possible to create new courses, going through favorite places and at the same time displaying the updated data of the route. The Panoramio function allows you to view the images of the course you’re pedaling on.
The Training Test mode allows you to create a monthly individualized training session for any cyclist. This can be done via the Training Test function. After having completed the Training Test it is possible to create courses for a monthlong training plan.
Conconi Test: determinates the anaerobic threshold!
Conconi Test is a progressive exercise test that correlates work
output and heart rate. Heart rate increments observed during low
to moderate physical activity are directly proportional to increases in exercise intensity. This relationship is lost when submaximal exercise intensities (e.g., 80% of maximum effort) are reached.
