Trial Zone No. 9 – Fully Adjustable Trial Anchor

The Hope Tech 4 Trial Zone No.9 disc brake exceeds once again the performance of the popular predecessor. This achieves the 2-piston brake with improved ergonomics, higher braking force and minimized wear. The brake ratio has been fine-tuned based on real riding data to achieve the best efficiency and the typical precise braking feel. The linear relationship between lever force and brake pressure allows easy and intuitive control of braking performance.

This setup is developed for the specific requirements of Trial-sport and convinces there with its braking power and precision.

The shape of the Trial brake lever has been revised to obtain better ergonomics and provide optimized transmission of braking power. The volume of the reservoir for the brake fluid has been increased thanks to intelligent design work and the height at the same time reduced what the whole lever appears more delicate. The stable and practical hinge clamp reduces weight and ensures a secure hold. This contributes among other things to the more universal shift lever integration is possible which also provides better ergonomics in the cockpit.

The lever position and the pressure point of the brake can be easily, precisely and quickly adjusted to individual needs without tools.

The two-piston brake caliper offers up to 30% more braking force compared to the previous model. The high-quality 25mm pistons and their low-friction bearing ensure clean operation with low wear.

Mounted the caliper post mount and the fluid supply is done by a high-quality plastic hose. This has a total length of 1700mm and can be shortened to fit your own bike. This allows it to be used as a rear or front brake.
