Coordinated material thicknesses for balanced properties

A neoprene thickness of 4.5 millimeters at the chest supports the hull and ensures a good water position. A material thickness of 3.0 to 4.0 millimeters at the thigh and 2.0 to 4.0 millimeters at the lower leg supports a flat silhouette without significantly restricting your freedom of movement. 1.5 millimeter neoprene on shoulders and arms warms and protects, but gives you complete freedom over arm stroke and swimming technique.
