Light, stretchy hiking trousers with zip-off functionality

When every gram counts. When every part has to fight for space in the backpack. That's when you need the Exploration Zip Pants. Made from a stretchy but durable nylon-elastane blend, these pants stand up to the wear and challenges of steep trails day after day. As for the fit, it sits loosely at the thigh and tapers toward the ankle, with a regular front and back rise and waist. But perhaps the best thing about the pants is their versatility. Roll up the hem for mid-morning airing. In the afternoon, zip them off halfway up your thigh. When evening comes, turn them back into long pants. And don't worry about losing the zipped-off pieces. There's a storage pocket for that. Finally, the water repellent finish makes short work of light showers.
