The Summit Torre Egger FUTURELIGHT™ pants were developed in collaboration with The North Face® athletes. It defies all the challenges of alpine climbing and is guaranteed to take you higher. Designed with the highest level of breathable and waterproof protection, they are made to push your limits in even the most extreme weather conditions. Made from three-layer fabric, the pants feature high-denier reinforcements to better withstand contact with rocks and ice screws. The adjustable, removable suspenders provide less bulk and more flexibility, and the integrated stretch gaiters provide a seamless fit with many mountain boots. Plus, the pre-shaped cut provides exceptional freedom of movement. And if you like to keep important gear handy, there are roomy, harness-compatible pockets on the thighs. Recycled materials go easy on the natural environment you're traveling in. The Summit Series™ layers all work together for optimal performance in breathability, insulation, weather resistance and moisture management.

  • Activity-specific leg shape and leg openings designed for use with narrower shank mountain boots
  • Adjustable & removable suspenders with teardrop-shaped single-point attachment for less bulk and quick on/off
  • Clean finish, dropped waist on front with adjustable side tabs and a knit back panel for a refined fit and all-day comfort
  • Full-length side access with two-way #5 YKK® AquaGuard® zipper
  • Climbing harness compatible horizontal thigh pockets with #5 YKK® AquaGuard® zippers, internal gear loops and an additional pocket in the right pocket
  • Vertical thigh pocket with a #3 YKK® AquaGuard® zipper
  • Adjustable snap closure at hem
  • High-denier reinforcements and inner cuffs for increased abrasion and puncture resistance
  • Integrated, adjustable gaiters made of stretch material and grip tape for perfect connection with mountain boots
