Rab Firewall Light Rain Jacket Men - light khaki

Moody sunshine, temperature fluctuations and horizontal rain: In the transitional season, you need reliable waterproof protection on your hikes. The 3-layer Proflex™ material of the Firewall Light jacket is so durable and abrasion-resistant that backpack straps won't harm it. It is also light and supple and does not rustle. The knitted base layer feels soft against the skin and is comfortable to wear over a T-shirt. On cooler days, the jacket is the ideal addition to a multi-layer system.

Details

To save weight, the jacket has only the features you need to stay dry and protected, such as a hood with a stiffened peak and cuffs to keep out draughts and drizzle. The hood can be adjusted with one hand at the crown and face for an optimum, close fit, especially in bad weather. The extended cuffs with Velcro adjustment protect your hands from chilly winds, while the double-sided adjustable back hem prevents rain from getting in.

Thanks to the backpack-friendly arrangement of the pockets, you can easily access both zippered pockets even when wearing a backpack; the pre-shaped sleeves ensure that your freedom of movement is not restricted on steep climbs. The Firewall Light jacket is lightweight and can be stowed away in your rucksack to save space. It protects you from the wind and weather all day long on any mountain adventure, whether on weekend hikes or multi-day hut-to-hut hikes.
