How to determine the perfect fit for optimum effect.

1. Start the measurement with a slightly bent knee
2. Determine the center of the kneecap and go from there in a straight line to the outside of your knee
3. Measure the circumference 14 cm towards the upper body (A) and below the kneecap (B)
