The CITEC 8000 Disc a disc wheel with centerlock brake disc reception for time trialists. The use of ultra-light carbon fiber fabrics keeps the weight as low as possible. The high-strength aluminum rim with trapezoidal profile has a reduced wall thickness to reduce the moment of inertia and for maximum acceleration. The carbon side surfaces are connected to the rim under preload. A special manufacturing process guarantees a high concentricity, as well as a high lateral stiffness.
