The outer layer of the shorts is perforated for ventilation and has been treated with a flurocarbon-free water repellent treatment to provide some protection from rain and dirt. Stretch material and a side slit ensure full freedom of movement on the trails.
The inner layer of the tight has flat seams so that it does not interfere with running, and the underside of the tight has silicone grip so that it does not ride up. There are two flat, easily accessible pockets on the waistband where you can store gels or energy bars. You can also keep your valuables safe in a zippered cell phone pocket.
