Description of Shimano Acera BR-M395 + BL-M396 Disc Brake rear - black

The hydraulic Acera M395 disc brake + BL-M395 brake lever for beginners and price-conscious cyclists. Ready to use, filled and easily mountable. With B01 resin brake pads, but without disc. Rear wheel version.

The ergonomic 2-finger brake lever allows precise dosing and the reach is adjustable.

Please pay attention to the max. permitted disc diameter of your frame!

The brake caliper can directly be mounted on Postmount if a 160mm disc is used. For bigger disc diameters or IS2000 an adaptor is required. Shimano recommends the use of SM-RT30, SM-RT54 or SM-RT56 discs.

Good
Nice piece of equipment for the price. There simply aren't many white brakes out there these days unfortunately. Comes bled and ready to go. A word of warning though: the paint on the caliper is definitely not bulletproof, and the caliper is not compatible with some of the cheaper rotors due to their thickness. So be prepared to spend ten dollars more on a thin Shimano made rotor. Cheers.
Excellent
