- The right electrolyte profile: Contains 800 mg sodium, 80 mg potassium, 100 mg calcium and 80 mg magnesium per liter, which is lost with sweat, so thirst is a better indicator of hydration.
- No gastrointestinal discomfort or taste fatigue: Skratch Labs eliminates non-functional ingredients like artificial sweeteners and colors and uses only real fruit for great taste. Only flavored with real fruit.
- Drink when you're thirsty. Don't drink when you're not thirsty. Repeat as needed.

Directions
Add one scoop to 350 to 500 ml of water and shake. As a starting point, we recommend drinking 1-2 servings per hour of training. Otherwise: only drink when you are thirsty. Do not drink when you are not thirsty.
