Reserve has reinforced the spoke holes on the outside of the rim to improve strength in the spoke nipple area, an area subject to high stress, without adding unnecessary weight. The special rim bed shape and the staggered spoke holes of the Reserve 22 make it much easier to mount tubeless tires and ensure simple and reliable mounting. Thanks to asymmetrical front and rear rims, the Reserve 22 offers a stiffer, stronger and more reliable wheel construction. The asymmetrical design improves spoke insertion angles and equalizes spoke tension between the drive and non-drive side.
