SwissStop Disc Brake Silencer is a high-performance metallic-based release agent with a biologically degradable carrier fluid wich reduces the formation of brake dust.
The Brake Silencer spray prevents and reduces brake squealing, without impairing the braking effect. Produced brake heat is simultaneaously dissipated and non-uniformly wear of brake pads is prevented. It eliminates vibrations while braking and increases braking safety. The SwissStop Disc Brake Silencer penetrates quickly into the microscopically small pores, producing a uniform leveling-out of the surface.
Use of the disc brake service spray is very easy. The brakes and brake pads have to be cleaned with brake cleaner. Then spray SwissStop Disc Brake Silencer on the pads and re-assemble the brakes. Carry out approx. 10 beefy braking tests to bring the brake to temperatures. After that full braking power is reached and vibrations and brake squealing is eliminated.
