Details of the Nike Metcon 10 training shoes for men
Thanks to the extra-strong Hyperlift Plate, your stability is optimized when lifting heavy weights, while the responsive ReactX foam improves your mobility. With a higher energy return and a lower weight than the Metcon 9, it helps you master every movement your workout requires. The toe box is wider than the Metcon 9, allowing your toes to extend outwards so you can spread your power across the entire foot. The midsole has been enhanced with lightweight ReactX foam to increase energy return. The flex grooves on the outsole provide flexible and responsive cushioning during high-intensity exercises such as box jumps and fast sprints. A robust, grippy texture strategically placed on the high-wear midfoot and toe area provides ground-breaking slip resistance and durability. The new traction pattern provides a flat, grippy surface for weightlifting, even on slippery surfaces. The midfoot strap ensures a secure hold on the footbed when tying the laces. In combination with a robust heel insert and lace edging, you can concentrate fully on your posture without anything slipping or losing your grip.
