The Formula Cura is a sleek, simple, great disc brake built to fit any rider and any bike. The brake lever is Formula's most ergonomic ever. Just as bikes become more powerful at conquering the trails, so can the caliper.

This new era for Formula's brakes opens up the possibility of changing the status quo. The Cura is the first brake where Formula uses mineral oil. Formula's demands for braking performance had previously prevented the inclusion of mineral oil. Ultimately, Formula found and used an oil that complemented the performance of Formula brakes.

The Cura was designed from head to toe with the rider in mind. In the lab and on the test track, they confirm that the Cura is an extremely strong, broadly usable brake that riders from casual and enduro riders to World Cup pilots will find comfortable. Formula believes that the brake is one of the most personal and familiar parts on the bike, so they think about simplicity and efficiency in the development.
