The LOWA® EXPLORER was developed as a modern hybrid that bridges different outdoor worlds. The trail-running-inspired LITECELL PU midsole is exceptionally lightweight and provides long-lasting, comfortable damping. Thanks to its traditional glued-and-stitched construction, the LOWA® EXPLORER offers the reliability of a mountaineering boot—combined with the comfort of modern outdoor shoes.
The Vibram sole with 5 mm deep lugs ensures reliable grip even in a wide range of weather conditions, especially on unpaved trails. And if the sole does wear out after numerous adventures, the LOWA® EXPLORER can be easily resoled if needed.
The waterproof GORE-TEX® membrane reliably keeps moisture out and, thanks to its high breathability, ensures a comfortable foot climate inside. This keeps your feet dry—and ready for many more miles.
