Thule VeloSpace XT Bike Rack - 2 Bikes - Aluminium

The Thule Velospace XT is a versatile bike carrier for a variety of bike types - from e-bikes, fatbikes and small children's bikes to carbon bikes (with adapter sold separately). Loading the bikes requires minimal lifting and the trunk remains accessible even with loaded bikes. With the Thule VeloSpace XT bike adapter (sold separately), the carrier can be extended to carry 3 bikes. When not in use, the Thule VeloSpace XT can be completely folded up and stored in the trunk.

Features of the Thule VeloSpace XT

• High load capacity enables the transportation of e-bikes and heavy mountain bikes.
• The extra-large distance between the wheel holders (25 cm) makes it easy to attach massive bikes .
• The load capacity can be increased to 3 bikes by attaching the separately available Thule VeloSpace XT Bike Adapter.
• Extra-long wheel rails enable the transportation of large bicycles (up to 1300 mm wheelbase).
• Extra-long rim straps with ratchet function allow easy attachment of bikes (wheel width up to 4.7 inches), making it possible to transport fat bikes.
• Bikes are easily secured using removable bike retaining arms with lockable Thule AcuTight torque limiter knobs that click when the optimum torque is reached. This allows the bikes to be locked, reducing the risk of theft, but does not guarantee against theft of the bikes.
• Easy assembly and adjustment of the bike carrier before closing the clamping lever thanks to the stable connection to the towbar.
• Practical folding mechanism with foot pedal allows easy access to the trunk, even with bikes on the carrier.
• Lock your bike carrier to the towbar (lock included).
• Thule offers locks and a lockable system that reduce the risk of theft, but do not guarantee against the risk of theft. For additional security, Thule recommends the use of the Thule Cable Lock, Thule Wheel Strap Locks (see accessories) or any other premium cable lock.
