• 3C MaxxTerra - Trail variant of the triple compounds: It combines good rolling resistance uphill with great grip on the descent. MAXXTERRA has less rolling resistance and lasts longer than the DH compound MAXXGRIP, and has more grip and traction than the XC compound 3C MAXXSPEED. It is "the golden mean" for trail riders.
• DownHill Casing - The MAXXIS Downhill tires are used in exactly the same construction by the most successful DH riders. Double 60TPI carcass layers and butyl inserts in the sidewall above the tire bead are the basis of the tires that have won most downhill races in recent years.
• Tubeless Ready - Tubeless tires on bikes have many advantages. You can ride with less air pressure and thus have better traction, the rolling resistance is lower than with tubing, and with a sealant instead of a tube, the risk of punctures is greatly reduced because small holes are simply sealed. In MTB tires are driven in competitions almost only TR tires, and also in road cycling the number of users is increasing continuously.
• Wide Trail - The Wide Trail (WT) construction optimizes the profile layout and tire shape on the wider rims used today.

Note: Tubeless Ready tires require tubeless compatible rims/wheels, tubeless valves, tubeless rim tape and sealing fluid for tubeless mounting.
