If you find a product offered by another mail order company then you can order it from us for the same price. This applies to all the products labelled with BIKE24-Price Guarantee logo.
Inform us by Contact form of the:
- Name as well as the website of the supplier
- A link to the competing offer
- Precise product name and
- Specific desired product variant and
- Price of the product.

Preconditions for the use of the price guarantee
The price guarantee can only be enforced when making a purchase, but not subsequently. It may only be used by private clients. The compared trader must come from Europe, must be run on a commercial basis and be an internet mail order company. The product of the compared trader must be new, undamaged and boxed as new. In the case of the compared products volume discounts, discount codes or other discounts or credits that are individually offered to the customer shall not be taken into account. Only the quantities that are customary in trade may be purchased. The product must evidently be immediately available in the compared trader's warehouse on the day that the price guarantee is claimed. The availability must be displayed on the compared trader's website. The availability must be given for the specific desired variant of the article. This means, for example, the colour and the specific size of a jersey. The price guarantee thus refers to this specific product variant only.
The costs of shipping, which would be incurred when ordering from the compared trader, shall be included in the calculation.
The price guarantee does not apply to offers in auction websites, refurbished shops, shops that require registration to access the offers or websites that provide discount codes and vouchers. Orders that are placed with financing or leasing payment methods are also excluded from the price guarantee.
If the product is delivered abroad the VAT of the country of delivery must be invoiced in some cases, which can result in price differences. The price guarantee refers to the value of the underlying sales price not including VAT. Differences that solely arise due to the calculation of VAT are not covered by the price guarantee.
