Because the available bike accessories did not cover all the requirements of the slopestyle and dirt area, the former Polish rock star and downhill rider Szymon Kobylinski simply decided to launch his own brand in 2003. Under the label Northshore Extreme, he and his wife Anna Kobylinski sold handlebars, stems and pedals that quickly achieved cult status especially in the freeride scene. Consequently, the first freeride MTB pros signed team contracts with Kobylinski. The brand was renamed NS Bikes in 2004, and with the success of pro rider Martin Söderström on the now legendary Streetlegal frame, the small Polish bike manufacturer caused a lasting impact in the scene. NS Bikes finally became known worldwide through dirt jump superstar Sam Pilgrim. At the same time, NS Bikes began to gradually expand its own product range of parts, frames and bikes. Since 2016, the crew around Szymon Kobylinski has been presenting downhill, enduro, trail and gravel bikes in addition to dirt jump bikes. But no matter if 29" Full Suspension, 26" Hardtail or 24" Junior Bike, NS Bikes has always stayed true to its roots - to build chic and nimble bikes with decent suspension travel that feel at home on challenging trails.
Stay True! - NS Bikes has remained true to its own claim in the slopestyle and dirt area. The dirt bikes of the Metropolis and the Movement series are the result of continuous cooperation with NS Bikes pro riders and therefore perfectly suited for fat gaps and obstacles. The top models feature the high-performance Manitou Circus Expert suspension fork and powerful SRAM level brakes. While the Metropolis has a timeless classic look thanks to its solid, svelte steel tubes, NS Bikes uses a lighter and stiffer aluminium frame for the Movement.
If you are looking for a fun bike for street and pump track, the NS Bikes Zircus and Clash are the perfect choice. Both all-round fun bikes have a light and agile aluminium frame and durable components. And to make sure kids can make their first bunny hop attempts on the curb, the Zircus and Clash are also available in a 24" junior version.
Whether trail, enduro or downhill, NS Bikes is known for dynamic and downhill-oriented mountain bikes with sophisticated equipment and smart detail solutions.
The name is program for the Eccentric models from NS Bikes: The top equipped MTB hardtail promises pure downhill fun, thanks to a slack head angle, long reach and massive 29" tires. Depending on your preferences, the extremely track-true trail bike is available in a cromoly steel or aluminium version.
The NS Synonym was designed from scratch. The Full Suspension XC-Bike gives stability even on the hardest trails and shows its speed everywhere due to its super low weight and high agility.
The Define is NS Bikes' versatile 29" Trail Bike, which easily smooths out all bumps at any speed. The ingenious thing about it is that the rear shock mount can be used to adjust the suspension travel and geometry individually.
The Fuzz, on the other hand, is NS Bikes Downhiller for the podium places. The adjustable reach, the absolutely progressive geometry of the double-welded aluminum frame, the selected kinematics and the outstanding equipment make this bike the favorite of the NS Racing Team.
The NS RAG+ is the perfect choice for all those who are looking for a reliable companion on challenging gravel tours, hard CX races, daily commutes or fast asphalt tracks. RAG stands for "Road and Gravel" and indeed the drop-bar all-rounder is an incredibly versatile gravel bike with a lot of mounting lugs, that can take 700c road bike tires as well as 27.5x2.2” MTB tires Together with the wide range of SRAM APEX 1x11 drivetrain, disc brakes and thru axles, this bike definitely keeps its promise of being a Road & Gravel Plus bike.
