Revelate Designs Harness - Black

The Harness is a semi-rigid bracket that can be used to attach panniers or other cylindrical objects (backpacking boats, sleeping bags...) to the handlebars.

Only suitable for use on bikes with disc or V-brakes. Not compatible with cantilever brakes.
